  We set up an appointment and he didn't show up, I called multiple times until he answered and asked if he was on his way and he said NO! Didn't even call to let us know and waited 2 hours after he was supposed to show up and he finally did at the last minute. When he did show up he was not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone with that attitude so I'll take my business somewhere else.

  I called and they were able to come out the same day. They uncovered the tank, pumped it and covered it back with as little disturbance to the yard as possible.

  I called and asked for someone to come out and look at my garbage disposal. He said he could come out the next week but didn’t know what day it would be. He asked if he could just call the day of and I said sure. Give me about an hour notice. This was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard from them.
