The two technicians were professional and friendly. They blew in a 10” thick fiberglass/rock wool mixture of insulation in the attic of my shop on Feb 9,2022. The results were fantastic. I instantly felt a difference and the Hvac settled down to a whisper. Fantastic results. I enjoyed meeting and talking to them. I highly recommend them.

Same day appt. Arrived on time. Very kind and professional. Was detailed in explaining what was going on while in the process of trouble shooting and diagnosing the problem. Quick and efficient! Would recommend you check them out for yourself; you will not be disappointed!

A & A is a great company! I called them and they got out quick! Gary was the technician and he was very knowledgeable about his job and got right on top of the issue and got it fixed quick! I will for sure be sending them more business and using them in the future! Thank you

A&A was the service provider through the American Home Shield Warranty that came to do a HVAC tune up.
First, Brandy, who did the scheduling was so nice and prompt. She called and we scheduled an original date for them to come out, however I had a conflict arise and had to reschedule. When I called her back to reschedule she was nice, friendly and worked to help me get rescheduled as quickly as possible.
Second, They use an app text message services so on the day of the scheduled services I received a text message informing me that a technician was on the way with a link to track their arrival. The link took me to a dispatch customer website that showed me the technicians GPS location that had the arrival time calculated. I really appreciated this feature. Lastly,  Andrew was the technician. He was on time, friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. He answered all my questions and got my HVAC tuned up and ready for the summer heat!
I will defiantly use them again and would recommend to family and friends.

Having an air conditioning issue, I contacted A&A Heating & Cooling at 8:30 AM, was scheduled for a service call the same morning, and was provided a follow up confirmation text within minutes of my call.  Prior to their arrival I was again contacted and provided their projected arrival time and which was within minutes of the original scheduled time.  Upon their arrival, I met a very courteous and professional service technician who analyzed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and performed the repair quickly and efficiently.  I could not be more pleased with the service as well as the cost of the repair.  I WILL BE USING A&A  HEATING & COOLING AGAIN!!!
