Sheldon and Adam were thorough.  They explained their process and taught me about our heating and cooling system and how to maintain it.  Plus they were respectful of our floors (wearing booties in the house) and respectful of our heath by wearing masks!  15 on a scale of 1-10.

Excellent service!! Showed up on time, had on a face mask, got right to work on the problem recall item, extremely efficent with time management, preformed all necessary work and cleaned up the area.

I have been using Weather Crafters for several years now and they are fantastic. I have used several HVAC companies in the past and none have come close to the service and professionalism of Weather Crafters. In addition to regular maintenance they have also been able to resolve heating and AC issues quickly. It is also nice to work with Thom each time. A lot of companies will send different technicians with varying skill levels. With Weather Crafters Thom is the one that always comes out and he can handle any situation. He’s a joy to work with. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Thom (our technician) and Weather Crafters. We called this morning at 9:45 and the dispatcher was able to get a technician out to us same day. Weathercrafters technicians are always professional, wear masks and booties, and take time to explain whatever they find during a seasonal maintenance inspection. They're a pleasure to work with, and the folks in the office are great too.

VERY responsive!  I called at 4 in the afternoon and i had a technician here at 8 in the morning.  The problem was efficiently and professional taken care of.  I highly recommend this company.

I have always been extremely satisfied with Weathercrafters!  Adam came today, Tom usually comes; however, he briefed Adam on everything including the type of filters i use.  Adam was great!

On Dec.20 at 0700 Cox Service (Adam?) showed up on time and got the furnace operating again. We are in our upper 80's (cannot take a lot of cold) and appreciate good service. Cox has been responsive to our problems for for 21 yesrs. Rodney Stone
