The store itself is great and the staff is usually exceptional. Today; however, that changed due to an interaction with a manager on staff, Kimberly. The item I was purchasing did not ring up for the same price advertised on the shelf, no big deal, the clerk at the counter called for someone to price match. Kimberly was clearly annoyed by this and having to come help. Upon seeing what the item was she looked at the original clerk and said “ugh you could have price matched that” in the most annoyed unprofessional tone. While trying to complete the task she locked herself out of her account. Again, no big deal, I’ll wait. While calling for other staff over the ear piece, the tone she used was extremely disrespectful, and in my opinion, unacceptable. I understand as a manager you are busy and doing a million different things at all times, but speaking to your staff with respect is a non-negotiable, at least it should be. The way in which she spoke to and treated the original clerk helping me made me very uncomfortable. She was very apologetic and the end to me, probably because she could sense my unease with the whole situation. Not once did she apologize for her tone or actions.

Employees are so nice here, and helpful when i have no idea where to find this weird looking blot or whtever.

The staff is so helpful. Great service. A specialist available for each section of the store, just ask any associate to send them over to you if you need help. Associates are easy to find, and glad to assist. They also have good Uhaul trucks here. By far, my absolute favorite hardware store. And, favorite place to rent a U-Haul.
