  Working with WCH Homes was an amazing experience for our first home. From the up to date appliances and design. We are so happy with our home. Our realtor Ilia Durham was very enjoyable and helpful to work with. She made this experience fun, exciting, and unique. She is so sweet and understanding. When it was time to pick out colors, she made me feel comfortable. It was very hands on and I appreciated being able to craft our home into what we wanted. Our closing process was one of my favorite parts. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. We had the privilege of working with the Superintendent Clayton Davis. He and Ilia walked through our home with us and went over everything we needed to know. We even pointed out touch ups that needed to be done and Clayton and his wonderful team got them done in the right time. He was very down to earth, and welling to help with anything we needed. We are so grateful to have worked with everyone involved and will be working with them again. Would recommend to anyone wanting to move or build their dream! #wchhomes

  Thank you WCH Homes! I absolutely love my home & the team! My realtor was Marcus Northern & I would definitely recommend him as well! He was super detailed with the home buying process. I began in the middle of Covid-19, so it took longer than expected, but everyone definitely made it smooth and kept me up to date with the process. Now that I’m in the house, the small, minor changes I found were fixed quickly. Clayton Davis and his team were very understanding and we’re happy to fix anything that was wrong. He’s very personable and knows everyone by name. The materials used throughout the house are great (tile in the bathroom/kitchen counter etc.) and I can tell tell they pay attention to small details. I have no regrets purchasing my home with WCH Homes, thank you again ✨

  Mrs. ilia Durham was a amazing realtor and she provided great service. She was very helpful and kind. She made this new home buying experience very fun and exciting. Also the superintendent Mr. Clayton Davis was amazing too, he made sure everything was done correctly and in order. When we did the walk through they both walk through and helped point out touch ups that needed to be made and I definitely will be working with them in the near future.
