He was so awesome! Showed up super fast and was very affordable. Gave me several options and explained everything thoroughly. He also hid the massive amounts of wipes that I had been flushing for quite sometime from my mom. Good looking out!

Feb 2021 winter storm!!! Sprinkler system Water main pipe busted and flooded my lawn and street. Mr Watters came out (5 degrees) dug and capped the broken pipe so we could turn the city water back on. He saved us in the middle of the storm and at night. He is not a tweaker like someone commented a few years ago. He is a good man! đź‘Ť

Came out on a Sunday to unclog a drain. Does not charge an evening or weekend rate. Took care of the drain and will definitely be calling Billy again. Thank You!
