  Ray and his employees plumbed our remodeling project and did a very good job. What i was most impressed with was Ray's willingness to help me with a problem completely unrelated to the plumbing when i was in a pinch. His help repairing my front end loader made a horrible day become a good day.

  I had a BAD experience with Watkins Plumbing. We contacted Watkins Plumbing to install a new 'tankless water heater'. 6 months passed before the new system worked properly. I had to remind them to insulate water lines, to extend the pressure relief line to a safe distance, to carefully set aside our old water heater because we planned to use it elsewhere, and to replace the staircase that THEY dismantled during the job. My Father uses this stairway daily and come to find out, they haphazardly put the stairs back. Rather than communicating to me that they didn't want to reinstall those stairs, they put my Dad in harms way!

  So far very responsive to phone calls and provides updates that are satisfactory. Do not know about the work yet but so far I like their responsiveness and friendliness.
