  Power to my gas tankless water heater went out due to a power outage. No hot water on Thanksgiving morning....Other plumbers claim to be 24 hour but none of them answered when I called. However, Steve from Watertite Plumbing did take my call and helped to figure out how to reset the system and restore hot water to my home. Outstanding customer service and a man of his word even on the holidays. If you need dependable and trustworthy plumbing needs call Watertite!

  I called Steve Friday afternoon about my water heater not working. He gave me a price and said he would be here on Sunday. Steve came and installed my new water heater and hauled my old one off. He did a great job and recommend him highly. If I need any other Plumbing work done I will definitely call him again. 😊

  steve did an amazing job! I called around to other companies for a quote that wouldn't come unless they visited to see the problem, I called steve and told him my problem he told me exactly how much it would cost. he was very professional and very patient with my dogs and myself. even when I went to give him a tip for such fast service, he wouldn't hear of it. he is very professional and such a great guy! any future problems I have with plumbing I am calling him first! thank you steve!
