  One happy customer!! They responded to our issue within hours, when other septic services expected us to wait days with our emergency! They located the cap for our septic tank through snow and ice with shovels, not a backhoe. Emptied our tank and fixed our issues in less than an hour of pulling onto our property. I can finally shower in my own home after waiting 4 days for the “other guys”. Thank you Waterman backhoe & septic. You guys were the true heroes today!!

  1 star is to many for this guy. I called him up for a septic inspection on the acreage I was selling. The system was fairly new. He couldn't flunk the tank but according to DNR he was supposed to measure the level in the tank, run a days worth of water through it and check the level a day later but he ran as much as he could for 45 minutes and said that it flunked because the level had risen. He refused to come back and do a proper inspection and I refused to pay him. I eventually lost the buyer. Afterward he turned it into collections Since then I ran into several people who had similar experiences with this guy. His name is Dan Waterman from Hawarden

  Dan and his crew just installed a brand new sewer system for us and they do Fantastic work! Thankful we found Waterman Backhoe and Septic in Hawarden, Iowa. Top notch service!!!!!!!! Fast and Friendly too!!!!!!!!
