  Had a water line leaking in a rental house. Didn't have time to look at it myself so we called Scotts. They came promptly to look at the leak. Said that a line had froze and started leaking. They replaced "leaking" line and said the issue was fixed. Found out later that day that there was still a leak. Scott's wouldn't come out the next day to fix due to it being Saturday. Found the actual leak myself. Wasn't even what they had "fixed" Repaired the leak myself. If you want to pay for someone to come out and not fix you issue and still charge you, call Scott's.
