Had some unpleasant experiences in the past with Home Depot subcontractors so decided to try a company that specializes in what they do. I had seen the WHO van on my street before so I gave them a try. Called them and received an estimate within minutes. Brad came out and did an outstanding job. I hovered over him while he explained everything as he worked. I find it fascinating to watch skilled workers perform. You may pay a little bit more at WHO but I feel it was worth the service. I will be a lifelong customer.

Great experience all around! Called in at 8:45 on a Saturday morning, Phil took my call and explained everything from pricing to arrival time, answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Ron G., my installer, arrived about 1:30 pm, and also explained everything in detail and confirmed pricing. I had a recirculating system so the install was a bit trickier, but was handled perfectly. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only😁

Called Water Heaters Only looking for a quality water heater replacement for my 30+ year old unit. I was specifically requesting after hours install. Christian Valdez was the service technician assigned to my project and he was a great professional! He answered all of my questions and performed exactly the service that was estimated without any compromised parts or procedures. He worked diligently to complete the installation and when finished cleaned up the area removing all materials used. The new water heater looks and works great!!! Thank you Christian!
