  I have been having plumbing issues for the last month and every time I call elite rooter they’re always so nice and accommodating over the phone. I’ve had the pleasure of mainly working with Francisco and he’s been such a wonderful communicator. He shows up on time and always on the earlier side of the time frame they give me for arrival. He’s been very professional and an extremely hard worker. Francisco needed a second opinion at one point due to a complicated plumbing issue we had so he called his senior tech Kristian. He arrived on site quickly and was super helpful and really dedicated to making sure the issue was diagnosed quickly and let us know the best way to proceed. They came the very next morning (love they were so prompt) and had the issue fixed by the evening. Love this company and will definitely be calling them for all our future plumbing needs going forward.

  Fransisco was prompt, on time and he was very polite and fair. He went above and beyond to unclog the kitchen sink and pipe. The price was very fair and he was very helpful. I will recommend them and use this business for my future plumbing projects.
