  Installation of an American Standard walk-in spa tub Water Boys came highly recommended by a former employee of Northern Plumbing Supply. I called them and the owner said most people don't want one of those tubs installed once they find out how expensive they are. But, he did agree to take a look at the project "next week". Towards the end of that week, I was able to get him on the phone and he said he was busy and he will try to get a look at it "next week". Since then, he has literally hung the phone up on me twice without answering it and numerous voice mails have gone unanswered. At this point, after nearly 3 weeks, I would not hire Water Boys if they were the last plumber working in Grand Forks, ND!

  Dear Mr. Martin, It pains me that you are posting such a negative review since we have never spoken. As the owner of Water Boys Plumbing Service, I learned a long time ago not to prejudge my clients. I would never have told you that most people wouldn't of wanted a walk in tub because of the expense. I would of given you a quote with installation and let you make up your mind whether is was to expensive or not. I also would of brought in sub contractors to provide a complete job if that is what was wanted. Rather than use an answering service we try to answer every phone call and yes there are time when we have our hands full and cant answer at the exact moment someone calls, but we do return our voice messages. I talked to my employee (who is my son) and he remembers one phone call a couple of weeks ago regarding a walk in tub. I sincerely apologize for him if he neglected to follow up with you or if he set up an appointment, He usually passes those messages on to me so I can set up the appointments. As far as voice mails are concerned our voice mails are saved for 30 days before they are automatically deleted and I can not find a single one. We try hard to answer all voice mail and provide a top notch service. I can provide several recommendations on the quality of our service. I am very sorry if there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. We do not operate that way. We pride ourselves in trying to provide excellent service and would not have been in business for the last 18 years if we did not return messages or hung up on our customers Sincerely Jeffrey Parent Water Boys Plumbing Service

  Waterboys service me at both work and at home. At work they are very good about changing their schedule to get to me as soon as possible when the need arises, at home we had them do a bathroom remodel that turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend them for both your home and commercial needs.
