  We had them replace a very old sink in the kitchen. Ryan was punctual and very efficient. Only weak point was we're had to call them for time when they would come in after the assessment when they said they would let us know. Otherwise very happy with their company and work they did

  One of the plumbers installed a dishwasher for us contracted through Lowe's. The stale cigarette smoke smell on this guy was so disgusting that I had to go outside to get away from it. He installed something wrong because it leaked and he had to come back to fix it. My house wreaked for hours.

  Never using this plumber again. Didn't fix the problem, just told me to find someone else to do it. Went into rooms without permission even though I was home. Left all the lights and doors open so my indoor cats could get out, including my pregnant foster cat. Also arrived without calling ahead of time after I asked to be called, woke up my daughter, and then was upset I didn't answer the door right away and was very rude afterwards. Horrible experience, and I am very upset about it.
