  I purchased a new fridge from this place online and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I mistakenly purchased an add-on feature that wasn't necessary and they immediately refunded it explaining why I didn't need it. The whole process after purchasing was incredibly well organized and customer-care focused. From sending guides to help prepare for the delivery, to numerous communications setting expectations about the actual delivery day and timing, to providing a link for tracking the delivery timing itself. It was all incredibly helpful and eased a lot of stress. The delivery team was also super professional, knowledgeable, kind and expressed that we could reach out to the store at anytime with any questions we might have. I would highly recommend buying your new appliances from these guys, I know I'll be a repeat customer for life!

  We have purchased three appliances from Warners' Stellian in two years and love the service and convenience we get doing business with their team. Very courteous and professional installation people. Helpful sales associates on site and the website is easy to use. The communication has been excellent all through the process from ordering to feedback. They know what is in stock and can help you find the right appliance efficiently.
