  Living in a condo complex where 8 tenants have to be notified about shutting off the water before plumbing can be done, it is very important that the plumber be here when promised or at least call to reschedule. Walt's Plumbing did neither and when contacted about rescheduling -- they didn't show up for that appointment either. Definitely a thumbs down for this business!
