  Condescending and poor value: Charged $95 to disconnect a dishwasher and fridge for a hardware floor installation. Charged another $95 to reconnect both after the installation. After reconnecting the dishwasher, I noted that the dishwasher wasn't pushed back flush with the counter as it was before. After living with that minor annoyance, I called them back and was charged another $75 for him to come to the house and tell me that he couldn't make the dishwasher flush with the counter. When I mentioned that it was recessed enough to be flush with the counter BEFORE he disconnected and reconnected it, he responded that that may have been the case but there wasn't anything he could do about it now. Bonus : During the $75 service call, I had to ask him not to be condescending.

  The owner, Don, was quite possibly the rudest man I have met in a very long time. From the moment of walking into my home he complained about removing his shoes (son has severe allergies). Then he continued to complain on the old plumbing in the home (house built in 1953) and continued his negative attitude for the duration. By the time it came to actually looking at the toilet that needed to be installed, he did not know how to do it and called it junk. ($1000 toilet). Because of his ineptness he tossed the manual down and stormed out like a 3 year old that couldn't have another cookie. I have not seen such unprofessionalism from a business owner in many years. Totally inexcusable and if able to give a lower rating, I would.
