  Came out on a Saturday in terrible weather to replace my water heater. It was an emergency and I had called 4 different providers. They were the first to respond and were very fast and friendly under difficult circumstances. Alec was great and the install took about an hour. Cleaned up the area and you'd never know he was there except for a nice new water heater. Really appreciated the quick response and great service

  Everyone else doesn't call back, can't fit in a small repair, doesn't answer the phone. Mark responded immediately, and scheduled an appointment for the next morning, called an hour before to say the crew had an emergency job and they would be an hour later, and Eric and his partner did a great job in less than 45 minutes. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They are my go to plumbers now.

  Several months ago, a serviceman came out to replace a garbage disposal. My wife and I were watching the whole time, as the were only there less then 1 hour. When I received the bill of $555.00 which I believed was excessive, included the labor charge of 1 1/2 hrs.I called Mark, the owner disputing the labor charge. His attitude was not professional.I said I would pay $500.00, he indicated, he would sue me for the rest. I could have used 3 other companies in Grand Haven that were less expensive.I will never recommend this company!! I don’t like being taken advantage of.
