  We have used Wallin Plumbing numerous times and they always go above and beyond. Came out to assess water heater and determined that control valve needed to be replaced. After getting the part, they came back that evening to install. Easily could have made us wait until the next day for another appointment, but as usual, above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Wallin responded to our water heater not working in less than an hour and had it fixed before the end of the day. Best service you can find. Highly recommend them.

  This company did great work for me since 2015. Last call was 12/19 until today. I spent several hundred dollars different occasions paying for wax ring replace, stoppage, faucet replace. The wax ring they replaced in 2019 failed and began leaking again 2/21. I figured a wax ring should last years. I called them to see if there was any warranty, and if not, then come fix it as normal. They said no warranty after 30 days and they weren't interested in servicing me anymore because the guy working for them that lived close by to me no longer worked there and they were very busy. Find another plumber they said. So, while I can't complain about the quality of their work I can certainly offer my opinion that they were happy to have my business when it suited them, and happy to dump me when it suited them. After all, they did the original work. I would expect they may make some effort to work something out to get this issue solved before dumping me. But that was apparently not a concern to them.
