  I am very happy with the plumbing service provided at my home by Wake Forest Plumbing over many years. Most recently, Wake Forest Plumbing installed a new septic lift pump and a new 75-foot sewer and water lateral line at my home. In the past they have done other work at my home such as installing a toilet and installing a water heater. All of the work is of high quality and at a fair price. The recent work was a big job, and I had an opportunity to talk with numerous representatives of the company, including the Owner, the Office Manager, and the plumbers. It is clear to me that all of the representatives of this company work well together as a team. They are very honest, thorough, friendly, polite, and hard-working. Since the work was done when my sons and I were at home 24/7 due to COVID-19, I greatly appreciate that Wake Forest Plumbing was able to minimize the disruption to our water and sewer service during the project. Since we were home 24/7, I was also able to observe the project more closely, and the company representatives very patiently answered my questions throughout the installation in terms that were easy to understand. They were always on-time, and they communicated with me at every step of the process so I would know what to expect. In summary, if you need plumbing service, please don’t hesitate to contact Wake Forest Plumbing!!! It is a great company!!!

  I had this company give me a couple of estimates and ultimately had them do some work on my water treatment system. On the plus side, one of the plumbers and the office personnel were initially friendly, helpful, and responsive. On the other hand, the prices were at the high end. And now the reason for the poor rating... I couldn't get enough pressure from my well. They suggested a unique solution that apparently worked for someone else. I went with it for $600. Didn't fix the problem. Ultimately I got another company to come in and they explained why this solution would not work at all. The valve and very small tank they installed kept cycling my well pump on and off every time any amount of water was drawn. I provided detailed feedback in a polite lengthy email to the company. I primarily wanted them to avoid doing this for someone else. I also did ask for them to consider some type of refund. I followed up with emails and calls and never got a reply. Eventually I gave up. Even with no refund, a thanks for the feedback would have gone a long way. I do not recommend.

  Called for a broke water heater,they gave me a time they were gonna be here and were here on time. Austin fixed it fast and professionally. Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.
