  I really liked doing business with these folks. I called Gina and she sent Tommy out the next day to repair a leak in my crawl space. Then later that day another guy I can't remember his name but he's originally from Long Island, he installed my new gas water heater and educated me on how to operate it. Everyone was incredibly friendly, fast and efficient.

  At Capital Heart Associates this morning, one of your workers CHOSE (keyword there) CHOSE NOT TO WEAR A MASK. We heart patients CANNOT AFFORD to get COVID right now. When mandates are lifted, I'll have NO problem with your NOT WEARING a mask.

  I typically wait a week or so before posting reviews - just to ensure there's no issue afterwards. However, as soon as Tommy with Flow Rite Plumbing left my house I opened my laptop and began to write this review. I'm that sure the qulaity of the work is excellent. I had called Flow Rite Plumbing just the day before with a job. I wanted all the multi-turn compression valves in my home to be converted to quarter turns. As this is not a typical work request it was a little open ended as to how long it may take. Tommy worked quickly, but methodically showing a meticulous attention to detail. After he completed the job, he helped improve the water flow from all facets and gave me a few pointers on repairing a leaky toiIet gasket. He then went out to the truck, wrote-up the invoice and I was delighted to see the cost of the project was less than we had anticipated. Flow Rite Plumbing is an honest, professional, high quality, family business that charges very reasonable rates. If you need a plumber, there's simply no reason to look any further.
