  Marcus came out within an hour of me talking to him on the phone. He checked out the pipes on the side of the house we were having the issues on as well as the other clean out drain spot so that we were taken care of and made sure we would good with the Hurricane coming.

  Mr. Russell does excellent work, arrives when promised, and charges fairly. We had a back-up at a new house and Mr. Russell was able to figure out the problem and quickly fix it.
