  Mr.Rivers and his partner are Awesome!! They were both very professional and efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done to fix a horrible leak that was causing our family to be without hot water. I also appreciate that that they followed COVID-19 safety guidelines by wearing masks and limiting contact. I definitely recommend Rivers Plumbing and Gas.

  Marcus Rivers took my call personally. I needed a quick fix and it was a Friday morning. No one could come out for less than $550 & they weren't available for almost a week. Not only was Mr. Rivers the best price in town, he was here within a matter of hours. He went above and beyond the scope of the job & I'm so grateful that I decided to call around some more. As a single parent on a fixed income, I greatly appreciated the affordable rates, promptness, and incredible customer service. When Mr. Rivers saw the job wasn't going to be able to be completed today (my fault not his), he said he come back at no extra cost to complete my faucet install. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Thank you so much! Update: the man saved my bathroom from total destruction at 11pm on a Friday night when he took my call. Marcus Rivers is a good man who loves his job & cares about helping people. That's hard to come by these days.

  We had an emergency with a hot water pipe leak under our foundation and Rivers Plumbing was able to come out next day and fix it for us. They were quick and responsive and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone
