  Matt Leroy was outstanding. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and patient. Being new to my home, he patiently explained all of the systems in my house, how they worked and made recommendations where appropriate. He even stayed longer to look at our garage heater to make sure it was in top shape. I appreciate Matt and recommend him and Waconia without reservation!

  Replaced a thermostat with new technology on the new thermostat. Our technician was very patient with us while he walked us thru setting it up. He was very professional. We so appreciate the good communication from Waconia Comfort.

  Anthony was prompt, professional, and went up and beyond to provide excellent service. I have been a home owner for over 20 years and this was the single most positive experience I have ever had with a service call. He fixed our leaking furnace in a few minutes and then went on to do a tune up on our a/c unit because he said he had some extra time after the initial repair (with NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE to me) and the charge was less than what I was initially expecting. You can bet I will use Waconia comfort in the future!! Highly highly recommend!!
