  Tim is extremely prompt and kind! We’ve had him come to our house a few times now, and he was so patient with all of my husbands continuous questions. Each time my husband called him, he answered right away (even in the evenings), answered a ton of his questions, and was even willing to do a video chat with my husband to see what was going on. Tim came out very fast both times as well. I highly recommend him, and it is clear that he cares about his customers and his business.

  Serbus designed our entire HVAC system for our house near Victoria. The layout is perfect. This is the first house we have owned with consistent temperatures between rooms and floors. The crew was professional and engaging. Many months late a humidifier leaked and Tim came out right away, fixed the problem, and took responsibility even though it was a manufacturer's defect. I highly recommend Serbus for heating and air conditioning services!

  Made an appointment for someone to come give an estimate for an in floor heat boiler system. I was told they'd be here Saturday morning (August 14, 2021). I sat waiting until 12:30, then tried calling them to see if they were still coming. Nobody answered, nobody called me, nobody showed up. Just ghosted me.
