  Spoke with Nicole and scheduled an appointment for early the next day cause its the earliest availability that worked with my schedule. Then she called me back to let me know of a break in their schedule that someone could be out right away, same day. What awesome service. David came out and was great. Communication, Service, Quality, Value. I couldn't have asked for more.

  Husband put a hole through the water pipe by accident in our second story ceiling when he was installing crown moulding (on a Sunday night, might I add). Water was coming from all sorts of places including the downstairs vent, so, as anyone can imagine it was stressful, especially with no running water. I was about to call another plumbing place when I saw the reviews to Visalia Plumbing Inc. so I gave them a try. Not only was the dispatch person beyond sweet (I forgot her name), she answered my phone call immediately, and my husband and I let her know our issue, and she got to work looking for an on-call contractor, and they sent Patrick. He courteous, and respectful of our home, he knew what needed to be done quickly. Our issue was fixed within the hour he was here. (He also got here within the hour of our emergency phone call). Not only am I grateful for this company, I also think I'm more in shock about this whole experience, because in this day in age, it's so hard to find quality business services that actually show up, like ever. They really are 24/7, and affordable. I appreciate this company and will be recommending them as well as using them for any plumbing services/issues from here on out.

  We had to get the sewer line for our rental house build in 1947 replaced. This company does what they say and when they say they will do it. The price was fair as well for the sewer line replacement. I recommend them based on my experience.
