In 3 months this group has been to the job site 7 times including today, for the same issue. Obviously there is a lot of good companies out there who do great work but these guys aren’t one of those. Same issue 7 visits in 90 days. They upsell you on their services and Unprofessional work and they issue a guarantee and a warranty for 6 months because they plan on coming out 30 times and offer you more products. JOB SECURITY is the only logical explanation. I can’t imagine how this business continues to operate at such a bad success rate. Buyer be ware of this outfit. I have never in my career seen such terrible response rate and success rate. Can someone please help these guys out? I gave a 1 because that’s the lowest available on this site.....Less than 1 is deserved. Time is money and they look to waste yours as much as possible.

The one star is because my plumbing issue was actually fixed. But am extremely disappointed in their "Restoration" services. They left a hole in my bathroom wall 4'x2', saying they would be back, they never did, nor did they call. 4 months later, I receive a bill of over $1800! When I emailed asking to talk to a supervisor, they instead had Sam James call & talk to me like I'm an idiot, bullying & demanding payment, he didn't even know the charges were for restoration, not plumbing but he had no problem raising his voice at me, the hole is still there & Insists "their job is completed". Worst service ever!

Roto Rooter On 12/6/14, Service Tech (Patrick) caused additional damages at the job site by leaving water on in a bathroom sink and it over flowed onto the floor and into the hallway. The Tech "Patrick" was made aware of the flooding he had caused and did help in trying to sponge up the water on the floor with aid of the renters (wife & 2 teenagers). Though they did manage to soak up all the flooded water on the bathroom floor and hallway, they did were unable to get the water that had already made its way in between and under the Pergo flooring. Patrick called me after the job was done so that he could get my payment. Patrick never mentioned the accidental overflow of water in my rental and the cleanup he had just completed with the renters. A week later the husband (renter) advised me of the incident and the damage to the Pergo flooring, he sent me some pictures of the swelling of the boards in the floor. I tried to resolve the incident with the manager (Todd), but all he could say is that his tech Patrick did not recall any water on the floor in the bathroom or hallway. So, I told Todd that I was going over to the rental in a few weeks to assess the damage and address why the renters (6 years) would possibly lie to me. My personal guess is that the tech Patrick is not telling the truth to his boss for fear of losing his job. My advise is to document any incident that happens by pictures or video, so that you don't get taken advantage of and called a liar.
