  The onsite staff did a decent work. But the company did not respond my request to provide a receipt for the services. I don't feel comfortable for the services in general - got the feeling from the time before the work was started. Will not use its service again.

  Hello, Kim Sorry guys usually leave paper receipt behind when we are done. I tried 2 times sending one and got returned. If any way we could hand deliver or regular mail one. We would gladly do so. Please email me or send a text and will personally take care. Thanks

  UPDATE: Oscar contacted me and was able to rectify the situation. He personally visited the property and completed the work. The tub looks a lot better now. After shopping around for a good company to reglaze our tub we settled on VA Reglazing. We thought the reviews were genuine and like going with smaller family companies. Well, we were wrong. On the initial appointment to complete the work the window was 1pm-3pm. They finally got there a little after 330; no calls to let us know they were running late. Then they didn't have all the material to complete the job. The next day I realized they had taken, I wont say stole because it could have been a mistake, my extension cord. Three days later we had to contact Oscar because there was water pooling in the tub. We were charged extra to repair that very issue. A week later and another appointment scheduled which they finally showed over 3 hours late this time. We were told the reglazing would last 3-5 years however 7 months later our tenants contacted us because the tub was pealing in the exact spot of the repairs. I have tried in vain to get Oscar to participate in an effort to get this rectified with no luck. The final straw was this morning when we had an appointment scheduled for 830am-930am. Oscar and/or his employees were a NO SHOW. I would NOT recommend this company. Please contact me if you need more information.

  Oscar has dont over 20 jobs with us is timely, does great work and any problems he takes care of. I have recommended him to everyone looking for reglazing you wont be disapointed. Avi
