Firebelly Renovations installed my kitchen and dealt with all of the design issues my kitchen and old condo presented them. I am looking forward to having them finish my basement for me soon.

Firebelly Renovations did a complete overhaul of the addition on the back of our home, including adding a new bathroom. We were really happy with the frequent communication and transparency we got from Eric and his team. We got help from them in making critical design decisions, and Eric came up with creative solutions to use the space we had available. He asked us a ton of questions about our preferences and gave us options along the way that made a positive difference in the end product without sacrificing the budget or our timeline. Eric's work significantly increased the livability of our home while we're here and the resale value in the future. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Firebelly began a large scale remodel of our 5 bedroom home beginning in October 2016 that was supposed to take 3 months and lasted close to 2 years. There were many serious problems with Firebelly and Eric's work and they are summed up by the following thing that I overheard a plumbing subcontractor say to his co-worker: "Eric said not to worry about it. She won't notice." Countless mistakes and shoddy work were uncovered during the renovation and after its so-called completion. In fact, there remains an outstanding issue regarding our master bath shower door, which had issues staying on track from the time it was installed. Eric blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer's representative and an additional contractor I hired determined that the threshold was not level and that this caused the problem. Eric continued to deny his part in the problem and when I emailed him about the shower door, he replied that if you were so unsatisfied with my work, why do you want me to come out to fix it. Well, the close to $100,000 we paid Firebelly has something to do with that. Some of the otheroegregious and pervasive failures: 1. Didn't notify us that the vents in all the bathrooms had no ducting and did not function - a problem we did not discover until the summer when the air conditioning was on and huge amounts of condensation ran down all the bathroom walls and caused damage to the paint. We paid Firebelly to do a total gut job on these bathrooms. 2. Almost every outlet installed by Firebelly's electrical subcontractor bulged or otherwise did not function properly. Eric did not stand behind his work. Lighting fixtures also were not installed properly by his subcontractor. 3. Sliding closet doors in the master bedroom were installed improperly and frequently came off the track. Again, we had to hire another contractor to fix these problems. 4. About half our interior doors required us to hire another contractor to fix unevenly hung doors and doors with gaps. 5, He even improperly installed our Andersen storm door -  a simple job. Do NOT hire this company.
