  After waiting days for a plumber to fix a broken pipe, I called Viince and he came one hour later and looked at my job and scheduled me for repairs in a couple of days. They came out, and fixed everything I needed him to, and the workers were clean and polite. The price was very good for all the work I had them do. I would hire them again.

  I called a couple other plumbers in town and never got a response. Had another company come out and give me an astronomical quote. Vince was prompt, honest, and affordable. We had a bunch of things needed to be done after our kitchen flooded months ago and Vince and his crew knocked it out promptly. Highly recommend.

  First the good news, Vince's plumbing arrived early, which is unusual for people in the trades. They also installed a supply line for my new refrigerator, which I haven't had any issues with so far. So, they seem to be competent plumbers at least. They didn't install the line that I wanted since they said that it would be difficult and they'd have to "tear my house apart" (I wanted a braided line). I decided to trust their expertise. Now the bad news. They took my old supply line and valve without asking. They said they "threw it away", but when I checked the trash, it was not there. I spent $40 on the valve and tools and was planning on returning them. I tried adding a valve myself and connecting the old supply line without success. They did eventually return my property. In addition to robbing me, they charged me $315. What for, you might wonder? I did. They refused to give me an itemized invoice. They told me that they were a "flat rate" company. So I have no idea how much the new supply line was or how much the labor rate was. That seems like a lot of money for a 15 foot line and about an hours worth of work. I have attached a screen capture of the text communication with the owner. If you have to deal with this company, I'd ask for an estimate up front and make sure they know that they are not allowed to take anything off of your property. If you don't have to deal with this company, go somewhere else.

  I'm sorry that you feel that way there was four guys they're trying to take care of your situation that you couldn't take care of yourself we told you we could not use a braided line because we're the line was . without tearing up your ceiling so we asked you if we can use a plastic line and you agree to it and yes we are a flat rate company which we do not charge a service rate or service call and it was not 15 ft of line it was 30 ft of line sir. And yes we told you we threw it away but we were talking about we put in the truck .we don't leave garbage at a customer's house and when you text me that day we was in Youngstown and we returned it to you within 4 hours because you said you wanted so you could take it back to the store and try to get a return that's something you already used sorry you feel this way thank you and have a great day
