Excellent company to deal with, very courteous and professional! Yesterday our furnace went out, they got to us quickly. Turns out we needed a new circuit Aaron drove to Mentor to get a new one and made sure we had a heat before he left. They know what they are doing and prices are reasonable and strength forward.Truly a blessing, we were so grateful! ***Aaron did a great job explaining what was wrong with the unit, and what needs to be done.

Matt was very helpful, advising on and repairing some issues with our water pressure and a leak in our baseboard heating system. He also helped identify potential issues elsewhere for us to look out for in the future, all while providing solutions without being pushy. Service at the office was very quick to respond to my call and schedule an appointment as soon as we needed it. Glad to have reliable service that’s also a local business. We will be return customers to Hearn for future projects.

First time customer of Hearn plumbing. Service tech Pete was professional, friendly and did a great job on my pipe repair. He also explained everything that needed done and explained and showed me what he repaired. I signed up for the Hearn membership for the twice per year furnace/ Ac check ups. Will definitely recommend Hearn to my family and friends. Thanks Pete.
