Prompt response (same day) to unclog kitchen/laundry drain line. Technician was thorough in his explanation and cost estimate beforehand. Then he did his work of unclogging. Mr. Rooter did exactly what we expected. The drains now flow. Nice job. And he was friendly.

Horrible experience! They were late so I had to reschedule multiple times on different days. Worst of all EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for the work that is performed. They charged me $177 to remove a filter so that the water pressure would be back to normal. Absolutely absurd because it was just a handheld sprayer for my bathtub. Took the plumber all of 10 minutes to 'fix'.

At 8:10 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022, we called to report that the garbage disposal in our kitchen sink was leaking. A live call taker received our call and offered to schedule a plumber to visit our home in Jupiter. Florida, the same day between 11:00 a.m. an 1;00 p.m. We agreed to the appointment. The plumber arrived timely and installed a new garbage disposal. The plumber reported that the firm's office is in Deerfeild Beach and that the firm offers pluming services from Miramar in the south to Tequesta in the north.
