  Everyone has their own experiences, but I don't know what these bad reviews are talking about. Paul came by and was amazing. We got a number of quotes and he was by far the cheapest. One of the things that I liked best was that he actually fixed things instead of instantly saying that we needed to buy a new part. He did quality work that did not need to be revisited. He worked quickly but stayed after 5 to minimize our time without water. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now and didn't get around to it--but all that time and no problems. He is a very big talker--which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I am in no way related to Paul; the only way I know him is through business. I would call him again. Did a great job at a great price!

  I called Paul and he responded right away. Came early evening and stayed until almost 830 cleaning out our main line. Which was packed full of roots. He didn't charge us for any after hours services and made sure we ran every faucet and flushed continually to make sure that it had no backup. We really appreciate his effort and definitely recommend him.

  Did not show up. Did not call. Lied to a friend of mine who used him that he was just going to call us. Never did. I will not employ a businessman who lies.
