  I honestly don't know why this company has such negative reviews. Matt cares so much about this community he is willing to go above and beyond to make things right. I have never had any of the issues with this company others have been describing. Valley water has always kept the community informed on any issues and is always quick to reply to any service interruptions. Even as going as far as working on service lines at 8pm at night in -20 *F to restore the communities' water. People need to chill out with the negative reviews and let the man do his job.

  My house was flooding and I was told Matt was the man tonget ahold of and he was actually doing hard pack removal a couple houses down with his backhoe my neighbor pointed him out and I flagged him down and he came in looked at it and went and got his service trk and crimped on new valves under pressure I was amazed at how fast he did it and with being i flagged him down and he knew what to do I escaped with min water damage and he only charged me 260.00 dollars 80 per propress valve and 100 to get soaked with water he even helped me clean up the water on a Sunday no less..... I think the few bad reviews are just haters Matt seems to be a helpful person it woulda cost me 2000.00 dollars had I called any plumbing company or more for after hr weekend emergency services . Thanks Matt for helping me when I had no idea what I was gonna do I’m def no plumber

  It would be wonderful if the folks at Valley Water used Google Plus or Twitter or Facebook to post updates when service is down. Today is Friday, Nov 14 at 9am and the water is off. What's the problem? What's the expected fix time? Water back on by 9:45am!
