  Rebecca has great customer service and was super helpful! Tracy and the team worked around our business's hours and were super helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend for all your pumping and thawing needs.

  We had a back up, but we didn't know why because we had our tank pumped seven months prior. Dan heard I ran a home daycare so he came out to check what was going on after his long day. Turned out we had a blockage, he cleared it out for us and gave me some information on how to do it on my own next time (if needed). At the end I asked for an invoice and he said to not worry about it. I was so impressed with not only the kindness of Dan, but also the lady at the office who stayed in contact with me and commitment she made to getting someone out to us asap.

  I called Fairbanks Pumping & Thawing to enquire about having our pipes unfrozen and although they were not able to come round (our drive is pretty steep and they don't have four wheel drive) & we ended up using a different company, I wanted to leave a review for Rebecca. It was so nice to have someone friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to for an issue like this. I can't comment on the price or quality of the eventual service provided, but the customer service was definitely the best I interacted with trying to get this issue resolved!
