  These guys are very nice. They installed the pump for my well. They also helped me to get the water tested. Their location is pretty convenient, and they always answer their phone quickly. Sometimes it can take a bit for them to get back to you, but with some persistence, they will. I would definitely give them a call for future needs. Edit: I recently had Valley Pump lay pipe for me for an existing irrigation ditch. They did a great job for a fair price.

  Valley pump is amazing! They really have a passion for making sure that you water. They work fast and efficiently to fix any of your water pump issues.

  Since I have lived in Emmett when I needed a part from them I had good service. Since then over 3 months time I have called 2 times to have someone come out to my house to give me a bid on installing a filter and possibly moving lines for sprinkler/valves. Left them all the info they needed to get in contact with me. Never did hear back. I went into the store and talked to a guy about my experience and he immediately said we dont go out to houses for free. After talking to him I told him I wanted a bid. He wrote down my info and said he would call me. Still haven't heard from him. I feel their customer service is very poor in serving the customer. I would not recommend. It seems unless you have a lot of money to spend then they will work for you. This is not how to treat customers with any business.

  hi ron i apologize that you feel we are neglecting you and your project but this year has been crazy busy and we are trying our best to play catch up, fortunately there are a lot of our customers that have been very patient with us this year and it has been a struggle to get everyone's needs met especially with the slow down of materials and rising costs to get said materials.... the reason why you haven't heard back from someone down here is that all of my service guys, including the boss, who would be the one to do your estimate is out working in the field to get as much done as possible before the winter weather stalls us even more.... we are a family owned company that has been in this valley since 1945, we as a business don't have any idea how much money our customers have, we try to treat everybody with the same respect and consideration.
