I had a dripping spout out side and it had froze so I called and made an appointment they said it would be 2 days I said okay but the next day it defrosted and was able to turn off the spout all the way. I called to cancel the appointment so someone else could get in during this busy winter season and the guy was very rude and questioned me about what plumber fixed the problem. He was up set when I said we fixed it ourselves then he made a rude comment about thats  why they make appointments . So I say now that I will never use Rocky Mountain Plumbing because of the VERY RUDE  person that answered my call.

I have now worked with RMM two times and both have been amazing! Yesterday evening, my capacitor failed on my ac unit. I went down to the local true value this afternoon  to see if they stocked a replacement. They didn't, but the Lady from RMM called around to her drivers and found me one that I was able to go pick up in town. Absolute life savers!!!

When we moved here in 2016 we had rocky mountain mechanical install a wood stove. At a cost of over $5000.the fire box is fully warranted
And we have spent countless amounts of money on other repairs. When it came time to warranty the stove I was clear that being that we have spent over $5500 and were charged $79 for 10 minutes of work. I am a buisness owner and if my customers spent that kind of money I wouldn't charge anything. Never again .its the principal

Had them do all the plumbing for my home addition. Most of the work was decent after a couple of snags. decided against installing a glass shower door to save money on the job which was roughly 1200 left on the final bill. the owner Bill told me over the phone that we were even on payment. 6 months later I received an invoice for 800 right before Christmas and when I called them to talk about it, they said they had gotten busy and forgot about it. The owner Bill told me that he didn’t remember the conversation about us being even on payment. Rough Christmas present. Make sure to get everything from them itemized on any quote you get from them. Would not recommend

My home is twenty years old and has a geothermal heat exchange heater and AC.  It developed a loud knocking noise when the valves shut off. Bill and his employees went to great lengths restrapping water pipes and fixing the problem.  His cost was very reasonable and the system very quiet.  Very good job. Since then I have had him do other jobs for me and every time I have been very pleased with his work. Very professional and reasonable. Thanks. I would recommend him for any heating, plumbing and air conditioning work.
Once again Bill came to the rescue.  The first day it got over 95 degrees, my AC started acting up blowing only cool air.  It was after five and I knew Bill would be busy. I called the office phone but hung up and sent him a message.  He called back and was able to talk me through some steps to reset the compressor.  It worked great afterwards. A short time later, his son Levi called. He told me his dad was out of state and the office phone had been forwarded to his phone and saw the missed call. Bill could have easily had one of his employees call me back but Bill is very dedicated to his clients and chose to call me back. Five stars all the way around. Thank you

Only place I could get next day part's for my central heat &air conditioner.

Great place, but should include that it's a plumbing place as well.
