  Kirk came to our house to fix a broken jetted tub faucet. The repair was complicated because the access valves had been tiled in. He managed to do it without having to break open the tile. He was patient and spent a lot of time trouble shooting the issue for us. We are so lucky he was our plumber. Every experience we have had with Valley Plumbing through the years has been good. We always call them for any plumbing problems. Even if they are scheduled out in advance, it is worth the wait. They may charge a little more per hour than other places but you end up saving money because they know what they are doing.

  Thank you for pointing out some great points about cost verse cost per the hour. From our research we have found that we are a lot less expensive than a majority of the plumbing companies that are out there. The costs for everything are going up by leaps and bounds. We will soon need to make an adjustment but I'm confident we will still be a great value to our community for plumbing services as we have been for almost 40 years.   52-year old plumbing fixtures set into tile -- trouble, right? Not for Jonathan. He not only replaced the bath tub faucet with the new one, but was able to patch the tile! The new fixture looks like it came with the house. All done in record time and at a price much lower than expected. I've had Valley Plumbing install a couple of toilets in the past. Can't say enough good things about this company.

  What really impressed me was Joe @ Valley Plumbing’s commitment to quality. There was a quality issue with a check valve on a water heater and Joe (and Valley Plumbing) stepped up to resolve. Very happy with service!
