  This company is a scam! Hired for a sewer drain cleaning, technician didn’t fully clean the drain, left it with debris in the line that he could see with the camera and still charged $600 for his “service or lack there of” tell us to not use the toilet so it doesn’t back up again. Then they pushed a contracted for $14,000 to repair what he said was a separated pipe with a belly and something black in the line. “The line he was hired to clean”. Called for a second opinion company showed up cameras it, no sign of the pipe being just the day before and this technician pushed the object left behind “after the $600 cleaning” with the camera and it went right down stream. Never finding a separated pipe or a belly in it. They found someone they thought they could take advantage of and they did just that! Luckily it didn’t sit well with me and I got another opinion before they destroyed the yard and the street. Horrible scam artist! DO NOT USE!!

  Fast/ Quality Work/ Fair Price. Two major projects with great results. Years ago, Valley did the new water connections to our building in downtown Provo, when University was being done. They ended up doing 3 other buildings because they were so good. The latest - 600 feet of main line/ 10 new meters. Michael, Jules and the crew were great to work with, prompt, clean, and fast. Even came back after all the unexpected moisture turned part of their work to mud. Fine tuned the project w/ a whole dump truck full of road base, compacted it in and made the rain soaked ground solid again. Great Work Guys

  Hunter was awesome! He took the time to fix the issue even though it took much longer than he anticipated and explained what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Very happy with the service provided and will definitely use Valley Plumbing for future renovation projects.
