I have dealt with a slow draining, clog in our tub and couldn't get it fixed myself. Bummer ): Aloha came out promptly and corrected the situation right away. They were such professional and polite men. We also decided with the water situation in Utah, to install water saving toilets. Aloha took care of that as well right away and installed all new bathroom toilets! Way to go and thank you Aloha Plumbing!! We are so happy with our bathrooms! The cost of it all was so reasonable for us. We recommend to everyone to give them a call and you will find a company that is swift and pleasant to deal with. Solved our problems 1-2-3.

We really enjoyed this company. Our water heater went out one night, and they were able to come the next morning! Clark was kind, professional, and most of all really helpful. He explained how our water heater works (we're new home owners) and just in general was a helpful, considerate person. The whole experience wasn't awkward at all, like it can sometimes be when a repairman comes over. Plus it was quality workmanship. He was careful with our carpet and considerate about when entering the house, etc. I would highly recommend him! (I specifically asked to leave a review, and this is actually my first google review - which tells you how much we appreciated him and his services.)

Our water heater went out in the home we recently moved to and we still have a home warranty company and they ended up sending aloha plumbing to replace the water heater. In the process of filling up the new water heater, the technician went outside for some reason and they had forgotten to shut some sort of valve because gallons of water started pouring on the ground as I could hear from the other room. I was working in the other room being able to hear everything he was doing. Our water heater is on the second floor, so when I went downstairs after the tech left there was water all over the ground. The tech had lied and said there was some leftover water from the pipes when he had removed the old water heater, but when I heard water flowing it was after the new water heater was installed. They send a restoration company to come dry everything out, but it took over a month for them to send someone to come repair the drywall in the ceiling. They drywall person they sent did not match the existing texture and we have to end up paying someone to come fix the drywall now as my attempts to contact aloha plumbing multiple times have been unsuccessful after texting and leaving multiple messages. They claim to not be a sketching plumbing company based in their website but in my experience they are just another sketchy plumbing company.

Kyler, we appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience with our company. We apologize that our plumber spilled a bucket of water while draining the old water heater, and we tried to make things right with you by fully paying for the restoration of the damages. We have stayed connected with you throughout this process and are somewhat surprised to hear you are unhappy with how things were handled. Our office number is 801-874-0094 and we always answer our calls. If you would like to reach out further, please give us a call.
