They've taken care of us for the second year in a row. I feel that their prices are reasonable, when I've been placed on the schedule for a service I've been taken care of within 24hrs of calling. Roger was our service tech and he was very professional, knowledgeable and transparent. We'll definitely be calling them back for future hearing and cooling service needs.

Love this company! They are professional, courteous, punctual, and I never have to wait very long for an appointment. Tyler E was great in recommending and scheduling my next day hvac install. Brandon B, Vance K, and Clay were a fantastic install team! Left the area clean, made sure I was well informed about the unit and use, and were very timely. I highly recommend this company!

They came to my house the morning I called them to diagnose the problem.  They ordered the part and came back the next day to fix our unit.   In one day they had our a/c working in the middle of a heat wave. I’ve waited as much as 12 days with other companies. Highly recommend!  Very professional!

Great company. Chris and  Roger were very professional, honest, and knowledgeable.The crew that came out and installed both of our heat pumps were very professional and courteous. I think they went above and beyond with the installation and what they had to offer. No other companies offered metal drain pans or included new thermostat wiring.

I had been without heat for about 10 days. Valley Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by one of the lady’s at church. Roger, a representative, of VH&C called the same afternoon and came out the same afternoon. After inspecting the unit, he explained what was required to get the heat functioning. There were basically 4 options. I selected an option that fit my needs and it could be replaced by the following day. I was shocked and thrilled. I have heat!!! The warranties are excellent. Very professional! The technician, Roger, went above and beyond to fix the problem. The Hvac unit was being a pain and would work, then stop the same night. He was responsive and came out until the problem was resolved. I used Valley over calling my new home warranty because I knew I would get way better service and a much faster response!
