  I recently had a great experience with this company. I'm having some renovations done on my condo and I had some issues disconnecting the gas line to my stove in preparation for the work. This is the first place I've lived that has had gas; I don't know much about it and I am really nervous about working with it. I called their main office and Carl called me within an hour or so to talk about my issues. He came out and was really helpful. He was super patient in explaining things and not at all patronizing or condescending (something I've occasionally encountered with contractors in the past). These are my go-to plumbers from now on and I highly recommend them based on my recent experience.

  They came out to attach my gas grill. they had the wrong size parts and ran the run size pipe so they said I will need to go to home depot and buy a new nozzle to attach to the pipe they just ran to fit my grill. I was told it would be $210 they charge $265. He asked to use the bathroom and peed on the floor and the toilet seat. Never use USA Plumbing if you care about how you want your home to be respected. I own 4 companies so I know how customer is supposed to work and this company is horrible. Curtis Morton

  Job was quoted to install a 1/2" gas line and valve to deck area. Price did not include hooking up of grill. When grill was opened did not have the correct material included to connect to gas line. Our apologizes for the miscommunication.

  Their service by used through my condo association management, to find a leak, they didn’t find a leak and they charged me 622 dollars for 1/2 hour job Please don’t use this people
