  My family found ourselves with a broken shutoff valve on the street side our our water main on a Sunday. The plumber, Brandon, explained to us over the phone how we needed the city DPW to come shut off the water from the outside. He was then available promptly and able to coordinate availability with the DPW employee. Despite the unpleasant circumstances we were in, Brandon was great and made sure we were taken care of so that we could have water again! Great service all around!

  This is the second time we have used Aaron Swift. Once to dig up our sewer 12 years ago in Sterling Heights and today to snake out our sewer in Romeo. Darn Romeo old trees and roots. Lol! Gave us suggestions for the future to help remedy this situation. Thank you Aaron Swift and Joe!!

  Update: Another reason to go with Aaron Swift Plumbing. Apparently I over paid my bill by $100 so they sent me a check. Now that is honesty. I would have never known. They are now my plumber for life. This is the 3rd time we've had Aaron Swift out for different plumbing needs. Each time I've been quite impressed with their service and professionalism. Phil was fantastic. He went out of his way to meet sure everything worked and even made some suggestions to improve the work. I'll absolutely use them again.
