I would have liked it better if the technician had called to give me a heads-up about when he would arrive at my house (arrived a few minutes after the 2-hour window of time I was given).  I didn't have any problem other than that.  He completed the maintenance check and said he didn't find any issues.

Damien and Arthur did a very good job replacing my water pipes. The job was a little pricey but they give you a great warranty and I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it's a good company to do business with.

They where great, on time very professional. My apt complex hired them to fix a gas leak. Both of the techs, Zach and Damion  should very professional attitude.plus where careful with my service dog.

I’ll never use this company again because they are not clear about the terms of agreement. I signed with them for AC bi-yearly maintenance. One month after the tech came our AC unit shut off because the Adrian age line was clogged!! Before I signed I made sure that specific service (checking the lines) was included in our agreement and of course they confirmed at the time! Definitely not renewing nor recommending to anyone!

Hi Marian, We're sorry to hear you are not happy with your recent service.  We know it can be frustrating when a tech is there and does a thorough maintenance check only to have something go wrong after. Lines get clogged even after we check them. This happens sometimes. We can't predict if or when this may happen but routine maintenance does try to prevent these issues but it doesn't always prevent it. You were right to get an agreement. It sounds like you knew this could be an issue and unfortunately, it was.

Our A/C went down at 2am.  House got up to 85 degrees by the morning.  I called United States Heating and Air Conditioning and within 1hr I had a A/C Technician and a Home Comfort Advisor (Nick) at my family's home.   Both were very professional, courteous, they wore face masks and shoe coverings when entering our home which made us all feel very safe in the times we live in now.  Nick was very polite, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions.
Unfortunetly the A/C unit was 18 years old and was not worth fixing due to cost of a repair and not knowing what would break next.  Decided to put the money into a new unit with Nicks help.  He was able to help me find the best A/C unit for my home.   They were able to start the process of installing the new unit the same day.   The A/C install technician (Michael) was polite, professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done.  I couldn't have asked for a better company to work in our home and our family.

My experience with this company has been great. It started with a call on a Monday and Nick coming a few hours later to do an inspection and offer a quote. Then the AC unit was installed the next day by Lincoln and Anthony. Talk about quick service! Everything was done with professionalism from the inspection and installation. Nick made sure that I received the best option for a unit that was within my budget. Lincoln and Anthony made sure that my unit was installed properly and with care. Thank you all so much!

I did a google search for a local plumber because I had a fairly simple non-emergency job that I figured any plumber could handle. The first two plumbing companies i tried could not come out for almost a week. I am so glad that i called United States Heating and AC company. They advertised that they handled plumbing jobs and the service professional came to my house within a few hours. I needed a new water pipe valve installed for a toilet, a seal for the flapper and replacement parts for the tank. I was extremely impressed with Andrew F., my plumbing professional. He did exceptional work and had excellent communication skills in explaining the issue and solution. He was young but very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and personable. The cost for the service job was competitive with the other companies I called. However I discovered just how honest and reliable US Heating and AC company is after Andrew received approval from his supervisor  to go ahead and install the toilet tank hardware that I bought at home depot for no additional charge. I now have a plumbing company that I can trust for any future needs but now I also know who to call if I have any heating or AC repair needs as well. I would highly recommend U.S. heating and air for your plumbing  needs. Ask for Andrew if he’s available, he’s awesome.

Excellent work with no hidden cost, everything explained prior to any work done. The new AC unit I had installed was the best bang for my money. The workers were on time and made sure there was no mess. I would definitely recommend them.

Adam was amazing we called on a Saturday he came out within 2 hours he took his time sat us down and gave us quite a few options he took his time to help us with finance overall he was amazing and without him Carlos and Lincoln wouldn’t have been able to provide their Excellent customer service if it wasn’t for Adams excellent customer service thank you again Adam

Carlos and Lincoln were absolutely amazing these two went above and beyond. They worked hard and none stop from 9am to sometime after 6. These guys didn’t an amazing job. They were very kind a passionate they just wanted us to have A/c and after 6 months of on and off of having a/c and then not having a/c we finally have a working a/c they didn’t leave the house until they could feel the difference and knew the a/c was doing its job. They made sure we knew how to use the new state of the art thermostat walked us through it step-by-step. But most of they were very nice and caring to my 71 year old mother who was home. My family and I can’t thank them enough for the hard work these two put in that day and we will forever be grateful.
Thank you again Lincoln and Carlos you guys are absolutely again and your customer service is top notch
