Broken water line from the meter to my house. John’s crews replaced it in half a day and left my lawn in excellent condition. I expected to replace sod and sidewalk. Those guys were so careful and professional. Thanks Pardo & Son!

They were able to make it out on the scheduled day. Mr. Pardo diagnosed my disposal as the culprit for the leak and replaced it. At the time, I would have said the job was thorough. He worked fast and even referred a restoration company to come assess the damage that came out the same day. I was pleased with everything until I noticed that there is still a leak. I have to call them back out.

Very prompt and professional, made sure I understood all aspects of the re pipe job they were doing.  Great attention to detail, also very clean.  Would definitely recommend to others.

I have called this business a few times after setting up an appointment, and he never called me back nor ever showed up. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional.

We even called him prior our appointment and left a reminder message, he still no call no show.

Scott came to our house at the appointed time and found and fixed a leak very quickly!    He was very polite and professional.  I will DEFINITLEY use them again.

I was very disappointed. Workers broke all irrigation lines. They wanted to fix it but their boss said “don’t fix it”. I had to hire someone else to fix the lines. I am almost 80 years old and feel I was taken advantage of. 👎

Had an awesome experience with Scott. Very knowledgeable and time efficient. Explained everything that was going on and got my drains cleared out and draining smoothly.

We use John Pardo, Scott and Nate all the time. I am a property manager for about 50+ units in central Florida. I text John the jobs address and the tenants phone number if there is one and he sends someone out and the Sh*t gets done! (no pun intended) The price is reasonable and the work gets done professionally. I trust his guys to do the right thing and solve the problems we have. We just used them to repipe our house and he did the work quickly and professionally. No one is perfect or can solve the problems you have all the time, but I would recommend Pardo and Son to anyone needing plumbing services and wanting to get it done. They are reasonable and accommodating.And I am also a realtor. Thanks John.
