  I have used Andre's services for about five years and he is the best. He is punctual, goes beyond the call of duty every time, and cares about his clients. I had a major flood in my basement while I was traveling and he was at my house within an hour and took control of the situation. he and his workers saved me. They did not let up until my basement was completely dry and made sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Andre and Ultimate Water Damage Restoration.

  My main water pipe broke this past weekend. After calling several companies to help with the water clean up, most gave me dates of Tuesday or later to schedule an appointment. Andrey responded within 30 minutes of my request for service and was at my home within the hour. He provided a thorough inspection and gave me options on what needed to be completed. He was set up within a half hour. The results were exactly as he stated and the end you can not tell there was ever any water damage at all. Great customer service, easy to speak with, and very professional. Would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him. Top notch service!

  I’m so glad I found Ultimate Water Damage Restoration. We had a sink overflow during the night and water had leaked from the second floor all the way down to the basement. Andrey was at my door an hour after we got off the phone . He and his team worked tirelessly to mitigate the damage and setup all the equipment for the drying to began. I would definitely recommend him should you need any of his services. I do not write many reviews however Andrey and his team was so amazing it compelled me to vouch for him and the company.
