  They did not have all the information they needed to do the job because they did not come here to assess the situation when they submitted their estimate. Then told me something was missing that they should have known about This was one day before they were to do the job. Then said it wasn't their fault. Who's was it. People need to research a project before starting it. In response to the owners message : I realize businesses have schedules. Duh. The power outlet that was missing is not a standard option and the housing salesman says Tim should have been well aware of that and not waited til a day before to find out it wasn't there. Poor business practices. I now have a trustworthy and competent installer coming

  This job was bid as a site unseen estimate on a single wide trailer home that is basic for air conditioning. The impatience of someone thinking there is no such thing as a schedule for a business and there job is the only one we should focus on is not our fault. We told this person weeks ago to get another heating an A/C contractor and she refused. Mrs. Rice was rude and disrespectful. So we refused service!

  He gave us a quote to install septic which was completed. Said he would install air conditioner which he states he has but is unwilling to make it happen since receiving payment for septic.

  Never call me back. Waited 4 days. So I Went with another plumbing service instead.
