  They installed a new shower faucet, water heater, furnace and new ductwork for our lake house renovation. Great communication and arrived exactly when they said they would. We are very happy with the work they did and their professional service. Highly recommended.

  Crew did not show up with a van stocked with larger PVC pipe or fittings, wouldn't those be basic supplies?. I was charged $100 labor while 1 of 2 men sent to fix a leak drove 1 hour to the shop and back. I do not feel it necessary to pay $100 per hour for one to stand there and coach the other who is getting paid $60 per hour. The guys were very nice and professional. The job was done well. I just feel I was taken advantage of with labor cost.

  Came home to a flood in the kitchen, called several places. Dave was the first and only to respond at 530 on a Friday evening. Said he would be here shortly and was, very kind, got the job done. Would be happy to call again. Thank you
