  I am so pleased with the work that was done today. The couple that came out did an amazing job putting in our sink, and faucet. We couldn't get the counters replaced beforehand, but the gentleman did a wonderful job making the sink fit perfectly even though we couldn't get the sink clipped in. This is the 2nd time we have had them do work for us, and we already have another plumbing project in the works. I would recommend Trowell Plumbing. I feel I got a very good price for the lovely work that they did for us.

  I didn’t use this company. I was a part of this company. I was shocked to find that the owner and his wife . The lady that answers the phone never cared for the customers or the employees. I am ashamed to say I was ever a part of this business. After years of working there it came to light 2- months ago how selfish and greedy they truly are. My husband and I were very loyal and went beyond what was expected from this company. And so do all the other great employees that are still there. They will lie and manipulate both employees and customers to make a dollar. We stood in place of the owner when he was very sick. Was promised commission for sales from bids. At first they gave as promised but I guess they realized how much more they could have themselves if the kept the money for their own selfish benefits . They cheated us just like the cheat the customers. A 400 percent markup on material is one great example of how they steal from the customers. The owners wife, whom answers the phone feels it okay the curse and talk down and about the hard working employees. She also treats call in customers like they are beneath her and always comments on how rude all the customers are. I never experienced that. I found 99 percent of the customers were kind hard working people who never deserved the mean words she spoke of them. Doing business with them is your choice. I can’t control your decision. I only wanted to share with you the things that I observed while employed there. I wish my ex coworkers the best. I will truly miss them. As for the owners. May they someday find God. They truly need some salvation in their lives.

  First ever plumbing repair and someone highly recommended Trowell Plumbing & Supply Co to me. I'm so glad I called them! They scheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. The plumbers were prompt with keeping the appointment. They were knowledgeable about the problem and most efficient on both time and fixing it. The prices were also affordable. I really appreciate them helping me and I would most highly recommend customers call Trowell Plumbing & Supply first. I'm grateful I did.
