We have used Rheaco for many years to service and repair our AC units, and they are always on time and very professional.  This time they installed a new unit for us and we are very pleased with it.  Our electric bill has gone down substantially.  We plan to continue to use Rheaco for maintenance and any repair work that may be needed.

Scheduled appointment Monday morning, service recharge showed up within 1hour.  Tech Steve was very thorough in his testing, found the system was low on Freon and added the needed amount. After adding Freon he retested system to make sure there were no leaks and now the AC is back to cooling again. Great service, fair price, will use Rheaco again if I need HVAC service. Also Cherie was great in setting up appointment and communicating service information.

Outstanding experience with Rheaco Service Inc!

I recently replaced an older Heat Pump and Gas Furnace system.  Mike came out that very same afternoon that I called to report the issue and gave me a quote and estimate for the replacement of the system, which I felt was reasonable.  He promised that the replacement system would be delivered and installed quickly.

T.J. and Chad came to do the installation the following day.  They were super friendly and professional and worked in our home for over two days to complete the installation.  They both were very neat, clean, and professional.  Chad especially took a lot of time with me to go over the system, and explain all the new features that were available with the new system and electronic thermostat.

The new Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Systems are working perfectly, and I could not have asked for better service.  I would definitely call on Rheaco Service, Inc. again in the future!  Thanks again to you ALL at Rheaco!

Rheaco installed and has had the maintenance contract on my home since 1988 and have inspected my system twice a year(spring and fall).  They have always done needed maintenance as needed  and I know my system is ready for the change of season.  If a problem ever occurs they come quickly and get my system up and running.
I would recommend them to anyone with no qualifications.

Thank you so much for the excellent service.  When my old heat/cool system died, I had no idea what to do.  My late husband had always handled things like that.  I knew the Gentrys were good people and would not take advantage of me.  Mr. Morgan came out to review what I needed.  He recommended a couple of systems and explained the advantages of each.  After the new system was installed, I was thrilled.  The system works perfectly and is very quiet.  Just had yearly maintenance and everything is working well. Every time I have called them - even past daily business hours and weekends - you get a REAL PERSON to answer the phone and not an automated call.
After discussing problems, your appointment is scheduled. They show up as scheduled. NO RESCHEDULING!
They are EXCELLENT at what they do. Highly qualified. HAVE NOT HAD ANY REWORK performed whatsoever, and I'm talking several years past the initial repair.
They do not mess around. They fix the problem. They will show you the broken parts if asked. They explain what the source of problem is in layman's terms so it is easy for you to understand.
They are professional, courteous, and friendly people to deal with.
THEY ARE WORTH THEIR VALUE.
I have recommended them to several families I know within the community.

RheaCo Service reinstalled new equipment in our home.  Taking three floors and putting in all new ductwork and equipment and doing it very well gave us a quiet, efficient system.  The crew was easy to work with throughout the process.  And I also cannot speak highly enough of the quiet units they installed.  I would definitely use them again.
